D/C Norm Pennington, AP, during his "acceptance speech",
outlined plans for keeping District 25 on a successful path in
the year ahead. Here he jokingly demonstrates how he will be using
two new decision-making helpers in the year ahead. A magic 8-ball
helps him make important decisions.
Norm says: "The 8-Ball is filled with a
liquid and a number of floating pieces that contain answers to
questions. You ask the 8-Ball a question, shake and turn over
for the answer. Sometimes it comes up with Yes! " The coin,
for flipping, will be the court of last resort.
